  • "When I saw it, I was hoping it'd be delicious, it exceeded my expectations!!

    Let's start with the color, right away it stood out, the cake was even pink!! When we cut it open you can see the layer of frosting was nice and thick, it was a cream cheese frosting with a strawberry coulis. This added a ton of flavor. The top was covered in her homemade strawberry crunch. The cake was strawberry, it was light and fluffy. I loved that the cake tasted like strawberry, but it didn't taste artificial at all!

    When you got a bite of the strawberry cake, the cream cheese frosting, the coulis, the crunch and the fresh strawberry on top, it made for an excellent and memorable bite! Absolutely perfect. "

The top was a sweet frosting with a drizzle of passion fruit greatness! The inside was moist cake with more of the passion fruit drizzle. One bite and it sends you to a tropical vacation spot!"

The cake had real carrot in it the flavor had hints of all those fall spices! The cake was moist and spongey! The frosting was the perfect ratio with the cake, the frosting wasn't too sweet, it was definitely done right. An excellent classic carrot cake cupcake."
